http://adf.ly/107UfAccording to reports, another FIR has been filed against AIB due to Ranveer Singh's quick peck on Deepika's cheek. A Sub-inspector with the Maharashtra state police, Wazir Sheikh has filed the FIR against AIB accusing them of engaging in obscenity in public and also distributing pornography. Apart from the team of AIB, Bollywood stars, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor and Karan Johar have also been named as the primary accused. The FIR has been filed under sections 292 (which deals with selling pornography) and 294 (obscene acts in a public place) of the Indian Penal Code. If convicted, AIB faces a maximum jail term of two years and fine of Rs. 2000. Section 294 of the IPC carries a maximum jail term of three months along with a fine. The FIR has also charged the company under various section of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and section 67a of the Information Technology (IT) Act which deals with uploading and distribution of pornography on the internet.
